This is what we call BRiT - Best Retailer in Town! For over 50 years, we have been authorized dealers for Toyota and Lexus. We have full-service facilities with car sales, service workshops, and spare parts sales in Falköping, Skövde, Alingsås, Trollhättan, Borås, Jönköping, Värnamo, and Partille. In Skövde and Trollhättan, there are also authorized service workshops for Lexus.

At Lindströms Bil, we are now looking for a manager for our purchasing branch, someone who is passionate about quality and wants to lead a team that makes a difference – every day! Our hub is the heart of the process where used cars are prepared for sale, handling reconditioning and trade-in tests, and delivering cars in top condition.

As the manager of our purchasing branch, you will be the one who:

• Leads and inspires an engaged team in reconditioning and trade-in tests.

• Ensures quality at every step and makes sure the processes run smoothly.

• Plans and prioritizes resources for the best results.

• Drives improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Have leadership experience, preferably from the automotive industry or similar.

• Are structured, solution-oriented, and have a keen eye for detail.

• Thrive in a dynamically changing environment where goals are clear and the pace is high.

• Have good communication skills and can motivate your team.

• Automotive technical knowledge is a plus – but not a requirement.
